Arc Distributors Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a wholesale distribution company registered in England & Wales. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. What we collect and why
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company name, email address and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to carry on subsequent correspondence with you. Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us.
We do not use this website to serve advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.
Where your data goes
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes form submissions on our behalf as a data processor. Submissions may be stored on servers outside the UK; Netlify provides appropriate safeguards for international transfers as required by UK data protection law. Beyond our hosting provider, we do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, after which it is deleted.
Your rights

- request erasure of your data;
